The Many Hues of White

I'm starting a new series of white paintings. The painting below called "Yellow moves me" was based on this idea of darker colors laying below a lighter hue. I'm interested in what is moving below the surface and behind the mask.

The color white holds all hues within it, so my intention is to bring a subtle voice to the underlying tones, while giving white the main stage.

Each painting will portray a feeling, a movement, a space of honesty.

Now I just have to wait for the paint to dry!!! I do love oils, but it does reach into a pocket of patience.

Yellow moves me

I felt yellow move to the surface of my being, leading down the path of love. Yellow bubbles up, fills me with joy, and releases me to go deeper within my truth and beauty. This painting was a joy to do, to be with, to nurture.

Call on yellow to fill you with joy, power, and excitement.
